Mainstay trust would not accept an…

Mainstay trust would not accept an electronic signature from Fidelity. This is the only time I have ever had this issue. I am closing my account as this is the first time I can transfer the asset to an organization with reasonable customer service. I did not choose Mainstar and can only transfer this asset now because it has been listed on the NYSE. Avoid if at all possible.

Extremely difficult Account opening…

Extremely difficult Account opening process. Mainstar needs to get with the times and embrace e-signgatures via docusign et al. Also everyone at Mainstar needs to know and understand closing requirements. It is frustrating to get different answers depending on who you are talking to.
