I am extremely disappointed! I received a top, but it is definitely not a sweater, nor is it the one that was so attractively portrayed in the advertisement and on the platform. While it may have been described as a warm and stylish turtleneck sweater made from ultra-soft knitted fabric, that is far from the reality. What I received feels like a cheap imitation, made of 100% low-quality polyester that I wouldn't pay $10 for! I expect a full refund and at least an apology.
