Like several others, I received a sweater that is nothing like what was advertised. It's uncomfortable, made of 100% polyester, and appears cheap and poorly made. It looks like it cost mere cents to produce and resembles a rag. There's no size label, and the fabric is far from soft. I considered giving it away, but doubt anyone would want it. The neck opening is tiny and the material is quite unpleasant. I received the same email mentioned by another reviewer regarding delays: my order has been postponed multiple times, and as compensation, they offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase. Each email stated my order would arrive in 3 days, yet after 3 weeks, I inquired for clarification. I was told this was unfortunate and that the delay was still within standard delivery times! This made me question their credibility since the previous emails promised a 3-day delivery. It's unfortunate that this company profits from misleading advertising and sends subpar products without a genuine return policy. It seems they intentionally delay deliveries to prevent returns within the allowed timeframe. I've lost $70 and learned a hard lesson.
