I am highly dissatisfied with my experience with the service. I placed an order on 28 November during a promotional event that promised a free item with my purchase. When my order finally arrived weeks later, the free item was missing. I contacted the company the same day I received the package, well within their return period. Although they acknowledged the absence of the promotional item, they refused to provide a refund and instead offered to send it later. By then, my order was incomplete at delivery, which was not what I agreed to at the time of purchase. Additionally, the quality of the delivered product did not align with how it was presented on their website. I raised this concern, but it was dismissed as “normal” according to their internal standards, without addressing the discrepancy between what was advertised and what I received. Even after supplying photos and written evidence and requesting a return per their policy, my refund request was denied. Key issues with this order include: • Promotional item advertised but not included • Long delivery time (order placed 28 November, delivered weeks later) • Product quality not matching website images • Refund refused despite immediate contact and evidence provided. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering.
