I ordered the Monaco Grand Prix sweatshirt, and while the graphic is stunning, I was let down by the quality of the sweatshirt itself considering the price. I anticipated a soft, cozy hoodie, but what I received was a rather thin and stiff fabric. I would rate it more as a $30 hoodie at best, but it definitely doesn’t justify the $90 price tag. Once again, the graphic is fantastic, but the material lacks the quality I expected.

However, when my order finally arrived weeks later, the promised item was missing. I reached out to the company the same day I received the package, well within their return window. While they acknowledged the absence of the free item, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to send it later. By that time, my order had already been incomplete upon delivery, which was not what I expected when making the purchase. Moreover, the quality of the delivered product did not match the images on their website. I raised this issue, but it was dismissed as “normal” according to their standards, without addressing the difference between the advertised product and what I received. Despite providing evidence and requesting a return under their stated policy, my refund request was denied.
