I am deeply disappointed with my experience with the service. I placed an order on 28 November during a promotional event that promised a free item with my purchase. However, when my order finally arrived weeks later, the promised item was missing. I reached out to the company the same day I received the package, well within their return window. While they acknowledged the absence of the free item, they refused to issue a refund and instead offered to send it later. By that time, my order had already been incomplete upon delivery, which was not what I expected when making the purchase. Moreover, the quality of the delivered product did not match the images on their website. I raised this issue, but it was dismissed as “normal” according to their standards, without addressing the difference between the advertised product and what I received. Despite providing evidence and requesting a return under their stated policy, my refund request was denied. Key issues with this order include: • Promotional item advertised but not received • Extended delivery time (order placed 28 November, arrived weeks later) • Product quality inconsistent with website images • Refund denied despite prompt communication and evidence provided. Given my experience, I would recommend others to exercise caution when placing orders.
