Ordered a jacket for my son- supposed to be a Medium men size padded matt jacket, after waiting weeks for it to arrive what I got was a cheap, thin, shiny jacket that wouldn't fit a child! Ridiculous responses from customer service offering 20% cash back, yeah £10 for the £50 I paid, no thanks! Raising a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back & reporting to trading standards. Wish Id checked this site 1st as I am shocked at how many people they have scammed.
