Problems start when the clothes turn up massively too small for the advertised size.
Then when you contact to request return and refund, they try and fob you off with 20% refund!!
When I insist on full refund, they say return will be problem for me as I must return to address in China at my cost and the address they eventually give seems unreachable, so 3 months later still no payout. They do reply to emails, but the tone is very much like something just put through AI, and always reads the same 'thank you for your patience!' Even this week after multiple same replies ... still no sight of my money!
I ordered a pair of 'leather boots' and when they finally arrived, they looked nothing like the advertised picture. Instead, they resembled cheap plastic boots. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as returning the item has been a hassle. You have to email them, provide photos of the product, and then wait a long time for a response. This is a complete scam. I placed my order and quickly became suspicious, so I checked reviews. I canceled my order within minutes, well within the 24-hour cancellation policy stated on their website, but they claim they might not be able to process my cancellation. I found them through a shopping link and will be reporting them for breaching their own policy.
