1 is too high of a starThey didn't give a delivery estimate but having assumed they were based in Europe I got concerned when I hadn't received an update and it had been a week. So I messaged and got the response of it should be soon. What a helpful and informative responseThen the product arrived, from China. I paid for green office wear trousers. Green was the only part of the product that was similar to the one that was delivered. Poor quality green cargos arrived. I reported it to costumer service, they had the gall to say that the product can look different in different lights. There are multiple pictures of the product in different colours on their website none of which looks like cargo trousers. They do not even sell cargo trousers.They then said that if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay to return the product. Know your rights, they can not charge you for returning a product when it is not the one you paid for. If you no longer want a product that is one thing, but if the product is faulty and they require you to return it to prove the fault in the product, they can't charge you for returning it.They also refused to give me a valid return address or provide a way for me to return back to China. So even if I had trusted them to reimburse me for the cost of returning it (which I don't) there was literally no way of me returning it to them, to get my refund.Their customer service is utterly unhelpful and it is very clear that they were just trying to exhaust me into giving up rather than them having to give me a refund.Do not buy from them, they do not deliver the product you paid for and will not give you your money back
