I ordered a pair of boots which were not cheap and when arrived were not even in a shoe box and were extremely small for a EU41. The company website says it is registered in Netherlands but when I tried to return the item I was having to pay for a return to China. They made it very difficult for me to return also (kept offering me a discount instead) as they could not provide me with a numerical postal code and their returns form wouldn't submit with requested proof of postage. Not convinced I will get my refund.
