The company is based in China but presents itself as if it operates from the Netherlands. I ordered an item that took two weeks to arrive, and as I suspected, the quality was subpar and disappointing. When I inquired about returning it (after attempting to cancel due to the long wait), they informed me that cancellation wasn't possible, but I could return it upon arrival. They then provided me with a return address in China. I checked with the post office, and the return cost would be £23, which would significantly reduce my refund. I’m sharing this review to prevent others from facing the same disappointment and deception from yet another China-based online retailer posing as a UK/Europe business.
