STEER CLEAR!! I believed they operated from the Netherlands, but they are actually based in China, which feels very misleading. I ordered a jumper, and after waiting weeks, they sent the wrong item. When I reached out to arrange a return, they informed me I would need to cover £20 in return shipping, which I refused since it was their error. They then offered to send me another item without needing the first one returned, but since then, I haven't received any updates! Absolutely frustrating. I am seeking a refund but can't seem to get it.
