After placing my order, I came across the reviews, which was a mistake. They do have a cancellation policy, but I reached out via email four times with no reply. I've received numerous emails with special offers, yet my cancellation request has gone unanswered. I'm not anticipating receiving anything valuable anytime soon. It's disappointing to see them ignore my cancellation request!
