I ordered a pair of 'leather boots' and when they finally arrived, they looked nothing like the advertised picture. Instead, they resembled cheap plastic boots. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as returning the item has been a hassle. You have to email them, provide photos of the product, and then wait a long time for a response. I'm still waiting for a reply. To make matters worse, they want to charge for the return. It's ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this!
