This has been the most terrible experience I've ever had while ordering. They misplaced the item and couldn't track it down; it never even reached the delivery service. When I decided to cancel, they informed me that I would receive a refund as soon as the item was returned to them. However, since it never left their hands, waiting for the item is pointless! It's been 32 days now with no item and no refund. It feels like they just took my money.
