This has been an incredibly frustrating experience with the order. The item was lost, and they couldn't find it; it never reached the delivery service. When I decided to cancel, I was informed that a refund would be processed once the item returned to them. However, since it never left their possession, waiting for the item is pointless! It's been 32 days with no item and no refund. It feels like they just took my money.

Companies should be required to display their ratings. I ordered a table (800 EUR), and the delivery was a complete disaster; they have no control over it whatsoever. When I started assembling the table, either it was broken or previously assembled, as the parts didn't fit together, and there were no spare parts as per the instructions. Now, I'm trying to resolve this with their customer service, which is only available via chat, with no email or phone support... I'm not sure this will help. I wish I had read reviews about this company beforehand; the website looks appealing.
Fantastic selection of furniture! We purchased ours from a local store. The service in the shop was great, and our order arrived very promptly. It was easy to pick up and transport to our home - just remember to arrange your own transport. We love all the furniture we bought!

I ordered a mirror that was supposed to arrive within two weeks. I received an order confirmation stating they would coordinate delivery through a courier. It's been a month, and I still haven't received my order. When I contacted the company, they directed me to the courier, claiming they had handed it over. The courier then informed me they can't deliver to my location because they only operate in a different country. Now I'm stuck with no help, going in circles with no solutions. There’s no email for customer service, just a chat feature that keeps closing on me without resolution. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Avoid this store and save your money!
I purchased a sofa chair, and the delivery was done on the street. The two delivery workers expected me to come down and carry the chair up to the fourth floor without any assistance. Thanks for the experience, but I will never do this again!

I regret to say this company feels fraudulent, as their guarantees seem worthless. I bought a garden settee which broke after 18 months of normal use. I submitted a warranty claim, which was denied. I only make claims when I'm in the right, and this was one of those cases. The customer service department provided the standard refusal, saying it wasn't wear and tear, thus no claim! I'm very disappointed as the claim wasn't for a large amount, and I would have gladly accepted a voucher for another item. I do not recommend this unfriendly and unhelpful company; stay away! However, the staff at a local store were friendly, and I would have preferred to shop there.
Avoid this company! I received the wrong product. Instead of a small table, which I specifically chose to fit in my lift, I was sent a large, heavy bed frame. It's too cumbersome to move or store, and it's blocking access in my apartment building, causing issues with my neighbors. I spent hours dealing with customer service, who promised they would contact the delivery company to pick it up quickly. However, 24 hours later, when I called the delivery company, they informed me they had received no communication. I emailed them because they wouldn't provide any written confirmation of our conversation. I don't blame individual agents, but it feels like they are instructed to create obstacles for customers. Today (Friday), customer service is closed, even though they claim to be open Monday to Friday.
