ordered several items for almost 1300 Euro. The order was split in 2 deliveries, as some items were bigger. After waiting for 4 weeks and checking in with the second delivery it turns out half the order is not available.
They can only refund the items that are not available and then process the delivery.
I, the customer has to ask to find out that the products they charge me for are not available. After 1 month!
They are not able to call you back, escalate, nor do they offer anything for the inconvenience.
This is a terrible customer service. Terrible organized company. they dont care about you and as you can read a lot of the products are even damaged.
