A year ago, I ordered a set of embroidered napkins and waited several months for delivery, but they never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told 'it was delivered'. There was no effort to check with the delivery service. I couldn't use the tracking number as it was shipped by a service that doesn't operate here. If it had been handed to the local mail service, I would have received a notification. After a year with no response, I started seeing ads from them and noticed they were still operating, so I decided to reach out again. The same representative replied with the same rude attitude, leaving me still unsure about my order and the possibility of a refund. I see I'm not alone in this, and I'm shocked they have such a high rating.
