Honestly, I would steer clear of this company. We ordered two coasters and waited four weeks for them to arrive, only for the delivery service to claim they were delivered when they weren't. After contacting customer service, they promised to resend them with another courier. However, after six weeks, I had to follow up again, dealing with poor communication and arrogance. After multiple emails, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, but was told days later that it had shipped, despite my cancellation request. The order finally arrived, but the quality was disappointing, and now I'm being told I have to cover the return costs. Overall, a very frustrating experience when I asked for cancellation. I've asked to speak to a manager multiple times, yet my request hasn’t been addressed.
