Really bad customer service experience. I ordered a large table cloth last week and the store incorrectly sent me a small one. I reached out to MF to fix the issue and I have been getting drip fed questions to resolve the issue. The issue has gone on until the large table cloth has sold out so I am literally just trying to close out the problem and return the incorrect item. There is a 14 day returns period and I am getting no closer to closing this out. MF just need to confirm I can return the product (they don't have a straight forward returns process - you need to be approved) and provide address of where it needs to go. I also would expect that they would pay for the return label considering it is their mistake. Will not be using MF again after this experience. I even reached out to the company who provided the tablecloth directly to see if they could help but to no avail, I must continue this painful process with MF.
