I have previously posted on this company after receiving shocking customer service. ordered a product in October never received it. Was refused a refund in February. I raised a dispute through my bank which takes 2 months usually. As soon as I raised the dispute I was contacted and asked to cancel it and they would refund me but I also needed to delete my review about them!!! I did not do this. they then emailed me to say that they have refunded me. I still do not have that refund!! they lie and lie and lie. We are now over 1 month from them apparently refunding me and it still is not in my bank. We are 6 months from when I first placed the order! My bank will continue the process and retrieve the money that way. If you have not received your product email them and cancel the order and raise a transaction dispute with your bank but AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
