My husband placed an order of two picture frames in mid June. The order was never delivered to us. I was in contact with Maison Flaneur and FedEx asking for help. After about a month of calling with Fedex around 7-8 times, I was finally told that the order was lost and that I should contact the sender for a replacement. I sent proof of this to MF's customer service and was told a replacement would be sent right away. I never heard back from Maison Flaneur despite emailing Maison Flaneur eight times. I am extremely disappointed. I have thus far refrained from leaving any negative reviews anywhere, and instead have asked for our money back kindly. However, we gave MF beyond a reasonable time to assist us in this matter.
