EDIT: I still haven’t received my refund and but MF had the cheek to ask me to remove this review. Furthermore, I told them from the get go that I needed a QR code, and the item is listed as “in stock” — it doesn’t say anywhere that it takes 4 weeks to make. Communication with the customer service team was poor from the start and they’ve done nothing to try and rectify their error. Just a subpar experience overall. You’re better off buying the products directly from the independent brand. My order took 3 weeks to arrive, only to receive the wrong colour. I’ve been chasing them for over a week trying to get a returns label, which apparently is the hardest task in the world. I’d avoid shopping here, most of the brands they stock can be found on other platforms anyway
