I ordered two lamps from Maison Flaneur back in early May 2025 costing over $400 and immediately noticed that the shipping address was incorrect. Sent an email to support to request an address change and literally did not hear back until June 6 when the order had already attempted delivery. That delivery attempt actually went back to them because of a "damaged" label. So they reattempted delivery to that wrong address again and shared receipts that it "was delivered on June 11", but I still don't have the lamps and it's early July. Honestly this is verging on a scam and has been a total nightmare.
