If you're thinking about buying from this company, please consider spending your money elsewhere. You'll save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment. I placed an order on November 26, and it's still not processed, let alone shipped. The company doesn't honor their advertised service level agreements, and the customer service chatbot is unhelpful. This was my first and last attempt to do business with this company. They ruined a special gift for a family member and refuse to take responsibility. The company is based in Japan, and I've already filed a complaint with the Japan Fair Trade Commission due to their non-compliance. I also want a refund!
