I eventually had to dispute the charge with my bank, hoping for a positive outcome. The takeaway here is to avoid wasting your money on this nonsense. Also, be cautious about impulse buying if you have a bad feeling about a brand. If the prices seem too good to be true, there’s usually a reason!

This was my first and last attempt to do business with this company. They ruined a special gift for a family member and refuse to take responsibility. The company is based in Japan, and I've already filed a complaint with the Japan Fair Trade Commission due to their non-compliance. I also want a refund!

I'm thrilled with my jewelry! It's durable and looks more expensive than it is. The customer service was excellent; I had an issue with a ring I bought six months ago when a stone fell off. They provided me with a gift card for a new purchase, so I bought that ring along with two more! I'm extremely satisfied with this company and will definitely be buying more jewelry in the future!
The shipping was incredibly fast; it arrived in about two weeks, even from Australia. However, the quality was disappointing. I purchased a necklace that looked much better in the pictures. The pendant is light and flat, and the stones seem fake. The chain is very thin, making it look cheap. It’s still somewhat pretty, but not as impressive as advertised.
