I bought a sofa on 4 March 2023. At 17 April 2023 the sofa has not been delivered yet and apparently lost by Maisons du Monde's courier (the company Agediss). The sofa should have been delivered between 13 March and 21 March, a first delivery attempt was possible to be schedule only for 10 April. Nobody showed up, nobody even called to give any explanation. After spending one hour at the call centre, a second appointment was scheduled for 12 April. Nobody showed up again, wasting my time again, again nobody cared to inform you and I had to wait 45 minutes to talk with the courier call centre, to schedule the delivery for Saturday 14 April. Nobody showed up.Monday 17 April Maisons du Monde call centre informed me that the courier lost the package. I was left with no other option than requiring a refund. They played with my time and money for one and an half month without any reasonable explanation. A very bad experience. Now I hope I receive the money back, otherwise I will have to sue the company for scum.
