Mixed feelings about the service and support

I've received some nice items, but the support team is lacking. They hardly provide a way to report damaged products. I've sent multiple emails and made a phone call that was abruptly cut off, leading to frustration. A company should prioritize customer service and product quality; without that, what value do customers have? I ended up with a broken piece from a four-part set, rendering the other three useless.

Disappointed with customer service

I've received some nice items from the company, but their customer service is severely lacking. It seems almost impossible to report damaged products. After sending several emails and making a phone call that disconnected, I am quite frustrated. A business should focus on customer service and product quality; if they can't manage that, what is the point? I received a broken part of a four-piece set, making the other three pieces pointless.

Unreliable vendors with no accountability

The vendors are unreliable, and the company refuses to take any responsibility or action. I've lost 700 Euros because of their inaction. I will be pursuing this matter legally. Additionally, their customer service is unhelpful; one representative just ended the chat when they couldn't assist me. It feels like a scam.

Worst delivery and customer service experience

If I had seen the reviews beforehand, I would never have ordered from this company. They lost my item and couldn't track it down; it never even reached the delivery service. When I canceled, they promised a refund once the item returned, but it never left their facility. It's been 32 days now with no item or refund. It feels like they just took my money.

Extremely poor customer service

I had a terrible experience with customer service. After ordering an item online, I had to call for assistance due to an address issue. My call was transferred but no one could help. I tried messaging online, but they stopped responding right before closing time. The item eventually arrived, but it was the wrong size. I went to a physical location for a refund, but they refused because it was an online order. Now I can't return it through their portal as it doesn't recognize the delivery. A complete mess. I won't shop here again.

Shipping costs are unreasonable

I really appreciate the quality of the items offered by this company; they deserve more recognition. However, I was discouraged from completing my online purchase due to an exorbitant shipping fee of €22 on a €70 order. This charge is simply too high and makes online shopping unfeasible. It's disappointing to see such a great shop hindered by unreasonable delivery costs. Until they reconsider these charges, I won't be returning.

Missing parts in delivery

My order for a sofabed arrived without all the necessary screws, bolts, and nuts. As a result, I can't assemble the sofabed, rendering it useless. I have been unable to reach customer support for help.

Extremely disappointing experience

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased an artificial plant for 300 Euros, and the delivery took weeks. Now, I'm struggling to contact customer service because the plant's trunk is peeling, revealing white plastic underneath. For such a high price, I expected better durability.

Dreadful customer service and delivery issues

I ordered a couch that was supposed to arrive yesterday, but the delivery service never received it from the company. When I called customer service, the line was closed, and I was directed to chat support, which had no one available. After hours of trying, I still couldn't get through. A store representative informed me they couldn't assist because my order was placed online. This will be my first and last online order with the company. The service has been unacceptable.

After multiple contacts and long wait times, customer service was unhelpful. Now, I'm left with the option of a refund or placing a new order for a delivery that could take weeks.
