TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE SUDDENLYi have been a customer of maisons du monde both in person and online for some timethey have always been great UNTIL i recently purchased a bed for 1700 eurosparts of the bed arrived FILTHY DIRTYi called customer service and i honestly never found anybody in that sector to care lessi was offered a 200 euro credit note, no apology, NO CAREi did not want a credit note i wanted the bed i bought to be CLEANso now i have had to take the drawers off and they will send a whole new bed for me to reject and just take the drawersHELLO MAISONS DU MONDE what has happened to your customer servicemy last purchase for sure
