Awful awful company, customer services read from a script “sorry Mr/Mrs … for the inconvenience, your case has been escalated, you will be called back…” it is just repeated over and over again. Nobody calls you back and nobody will take your call other than to repeat the script. They are truly awful. The manager Yossra (if she actually exists) will never take your call or call you back.
