I placed my order in November and still have not received the product. Since ordering, I’ve repeatedly been told that it’s a pre-order and that delivery is coming soon, but months have now passed with no item delivered.The biggest issue has been the lack of clear communication. There have been delays, but no proactive updates. As a customer, it’s frustrating to keep being told it will arrive “soon” without any actual dispatch confirmation.Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and has not met expectations in terms of service or reliability. 1000000% Avoid!
