My experience with Maje was extremely disappointing. I returned an item that was extremely damaged expecting a refund, but was instead pushed toward store credit. After declining, the item was simply shipped back to me without resolving the issue.
Customer service felt unhelpful and dismissive, with no real effort to address my concerns. It seems like the company tries to avoid issuing refunds whenever possible.
I would not recommend shopping here, especially if there’s any chance you may need to return something.
