Review Time
Awful experience. Even one star is generous. I placed my order in December, and it was delivered in January (with a significant delay). Because I was out of the country for work, the package was stored at a pickup point. I went to pick it up as soon as I returned, but the package had already been sent back after only five days, instead of the standard seven.
To make things worse, I received emails listing two different pickup locations, which was extremely confusing. I checked both locations and found nothing. After the parcel was returned, I requested a reshipment, but even one month later, there was still no response from Maje. At that point, I wanted to cancel the order and contact customer service.
Then I discovered that my order history was completely empty in my Maje account. I cannot find my order at all, and customer service simply ignores my refund request. No one replies on WhatsApp, and no one answers the phone. The only proof I have of my purchase is the order confirmation email.
Honestly, the failure rate of purchasing anything from the Maje website is 100% for me. It is surprising that they can still operate in 2026 with this level of service. I will never buy from them again.
Our visit to the store was genuinely unforgettable and special. We entered the shopping area just to look around, but my wife discovered a beautiful dress. The staff were incredibly accommodating, particularly one representative. She was generous with her time and insights, always willing to fetch various items and sizes for us. We sincerely valued her honesty and will definitely return many times!
I have not seen any updates regarding my online purchase, even after reaching out to the customer service team without receiving a reply. I'm starting to suspect that this might be a scam. I feel compelled to share this negative review in hopes of preventing others from experiencing the same issue.
The process to return a label is terrible. They should include the printed return label inside the package. How am I supposed to attach a label that was emailed? Do I really need to go to the post office? They should offer home collection for returns.
