I ordered a dress from Maje on 19th June. It was due for delivery on 20th June. DPD driver involved in an accident so no delivery. Promised redelivery on Monday 22nd June but it did not arrive. Rang DPD on Tuesday to be told that they had lost the package and I had to contact Maje for Maje to contact DPD. So far, not Maje's fault - HOWEVER - After ringing Maje on 22nd June to let them know the situation - I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! I have contacted the customer service department many, many times and although they are polite and courteous - NOTHING IS BEING DONE - they keep telling me that they have to resolve their investigation with DPD before they can issue me a refund! WHY? I shop online all the time and I have never heard of this excuse - ever! It wasn't my error - they know that I did not receive my dress - but I am being dragged into this dispute they have with the courier - who has already admitted they are at fault. What on earth is going on? On top of this - I stupidly ordered the dress again in full confidence that I would receive the refund in short time so now I have I paid out twice and they still will not issue me a refund. THERE IS NO MEANS TO COMPLAIN OTHER THAN THE ROUTES I HAVE ALREADY TAKEN. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO? CAN ANYBODY HELP AND ADVISE?Amanda
