Even zero stars would be too many. I ordered a package back in January, it came about a month later, which was too late so I returned it. I saw through the tracking that it had arrived to the country of their warehouse. I had to push them four times, long waiting time, and now 8 months later they tell me the package MOST LIKELY, have been confiscated by customs. Mind you they only THINK that this is a possibility and because of that they won’t issue a refund, and even to start with, it wasn’t going to be a full refund. This is absolutely wild and I have been a customer for a few years, crazy customer service.
