I placed an order on 17 November for a Christmas gift, and by 31 December, it still hasn't shown up. Customer service is nonexistent and automated. Since the item is no longer needed, I expect a full refund due to their failure to deliver on time. They refuse to refund and keep sending me a tracking link that only says ‘in transit’ with no additional information. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. It's been an awful experience.
