I placed an order on 17 November for a Christmas gift, and as of 31 December, it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is nonexistent and fully automated. Since the item is no longer needed, I expect a full refund due to their incompetence in timely delivery. They are refusing to refund and keep sending me a tracking link that just says ‘in transit’ without any further details. I would advise avoiding this service entirely. The experience has been absolutely terrible.

I previously suspected this was a scam, but both makeup bags arrived today. They are just as advertised and very attractive, and the size is good. I ordered pink and green, and they look great. The email updates on tracking didn't inspire much confidence, but they did arrive after over a month of waiting for delivery to Ireland.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This is similar to the other two makeup bags I ordered in November. Delivery updates were provided with assurances they would arrive, but according to those updates, they were supposedly in Birmingham with no further information. I strongly urge others to steer clear of this company.
It's unfortunate that I can't rate lower than zero. I ordered makeup bags for my granddaughters as part of their Christmas gifts, but they never arrived. I wasn't informed that they would be shipped from the U.S. I've been regularly contacting their support team, who keep saying the status has been updated, but the latest updates contradict previous ones. The company seems completely disorganized. Would I use them again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend them? Definitely not, not even to my worst enemy.
I ordered some makeup bags advertised on a social media platform in November for gifts. Today, I'm still waiting with no sign of them! I'm starting to feel like I may have been scammed. If the goods do eventually arrive, I will update my review, but right now, I'm feeling disappointed.
I ordered from this platform and was overcharged initially. I requested a refund immediately but only received a partial refund through another service. Weeks later, I still haven't received the items. I would not suggest making a purchase from this company at all.
