It's unfortunate that I can't rate lower than zero. I ordered makeup bags for my granddaughters as part of their Christmas gifts, but they never arrived. I wasn't informed that they would be shipped from the U.S. I've been regularly contacting their support team, who keep saying the status has been updated, but the latest updates contradict previous ones. The company seems completely disorganized. Would I use them again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend them? Definitely not, not even to my worst enemy.
