I placed an order on 17 November for a Christmas gift, and as of 31 December, it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service is nonexistent and fully automated. Since the item is no longer needed, I expect a full refund due to their incompetence in timely delivery. They are refusing to refund and keep sending me a tracking link that just says ‘in transit’ without any further details. I would advise avoiding this service entirely. The experience has been absolutely terrible.
