Awful. I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day albeit a little close to Valentine’s Day. I knew it wouldn’t arrive for then.
Unfortunately we find ourselves on the 4th March and the product still hasn’t arrived. Tracking info is hectic and no accurate.
I raised a complaint to their support email. No response and that was over a week ago.
I will NEVER order from this appalling excuse of a company again.
