Review Time
I purchased a valentines gift on the 1st of February thinking that would be plenty of time to get it for the 14th if February.
Yesterday on the 28th i got an emeail saying its been shipped. So now i need to wait another 2 weeks for it to get here from honkong.
I did try to contact them via email. Twice and had no reply. Absolute bag of Sh#t company.
All these chinese companies coming up with cheap stuff well marketed. As soon as they have your money. They dont care.
For me this will be the last time i gwt something from China direct for cheap. Id rather pay an English company twice the amount of money and have a better service than the chinese give.
Unless is a big company like sony. Or samsung in Korea. Im not bothering with small asian companies any moor.
I do not recommend them. They had an ad for a Valentine’s Day gift for a girlfriend. I ordered pajamas well in advance of the date, but it’s been almost three weeks and the package still hasn’t arrived. It turns out they simply place the order from China through AliExpress, while charging customers here $40, even though they pay very little for it there.
I absolutely do not recommend them. If you want to buy a gift, it’s better to order directly from Temu or AliExpress — it will be much cheaper for you.
Paid for express delivery on 26th January to get the order within 5-8 days. I have obviously paid extra for express delivery for a reason - so it could get here on time - but it didn’t!!! This company is now refusing to refund me the money, as the order has now apparently been shipped. They are now telling me that an order takes 4-6 days to be made and then 5-9 delivery, which wasn’t made clear on the website. I paid £30.90 for my order and this is for a pair of boxers, which is crazy money. The customer service is plain rude and doesn’t accept any responsibility.
If they refuse to give me my money back, I will be raising a dispute with my bank.
I'm quite unhappy that I received two identical blankets instead of the two different ones I ordered. Additionally, the delivery was late for Christmas. I would appreciate a refund or a possibility to receive the specific blanket I wanted. The quality is also quite poor.
