The quality of the blinds is very good and we are happy with them and the price, however we experienced difficulty when one of them went missing in transit.Their customer communication was poor to say the least. Attempting to call ( on many occasions) getting a queue system and told you are number one in the queue only to be cut off each time.Chatbot wouldn’t work when we tried it. Email was only alternative and replies when they did come gave us very little information.We did after many attempt get to speak to a CSA who was very polite and we requested another blind be made as was obvious by this time that the original was lost. Eventually 3 weeks after initial order blind turned up today
