I recently purchased 4 sets of blinds from this company and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality of the blinds exceeded my expectations, and the installation process was not difficult at all.
I made a stupid error of inputting one of the blinds measurements wrong when purchasing, so one of the blinds size was inaccurate unfortunately. However I contacted customer service and spoke to Paul. He was absolutely amazing in helping me with my error and sorted out a replacement immediately.

The blinds are high quality, fit perfectly, and were easy to install. They were excellently packaged and came with clear, accurate instructions. You can tell straight away from the packaging that this company delivers quality.Customer service was very polite — they even called me to confirm the colour, which I really appreciated. Delivery was also very fast.The only thing I would suggest is adding real-life photos of the installed products on the website. This would help customers better understand the actual look and colour, as this was my only concern when ordering.Overall, I am very satisfied. A reliable and trustworthy seller.
