Unfortunately order placed on 7th November had to be cancelled 3 weeks later.One of the blinds was out of stock, I agreed to wait to have the whole order shipped together. 7 blinds all for the same room.After the new date came and went, I was advised of a further delay.Apparently whilst waiting for the out of stock item another one became unavailable. The waiting time now seemed silly over four weeks. I cancelled and go next day dispatch from another company. Not much difference in price.I should have had the in stock items shipped and waiting for the other. Had this been suggested when I called I would have.Customer service was very good though When I asked for order to be cancelled
