Its really not clear from their factory that the no drill blind does not come to the measurement you order and needs to be tweaked to fit!! Could easily make that clearer. Very slow, quite ineffective responses from MMB apologising a lot but not really dealing with anything.Also the chain is useless, breaking when winding because its too stiff and badly designed! The company advise to loosen the head rail mechanism holding the blind in place to make the chain less stiff, but in doing so the whole blind comes down. A bit rubbish TBH.
