If I could give 0 I would. Purchased a blind 3 weeks ago. Zero ack of the order with zero updates. After trying to ring them for an update you get the phone put down on you or you just can’t get through. I emailed them after 2 weeks for an update to be told no delivery date it was down with the factory. Waited another week heard nothing. Tried to ring again- same thing - -phone is put down after being on hold to an auto woman saying we are extremely busy at the moment over and over again until I was demented.Managed to speak to someone via agent chat. He told me the blinds were out of stock. No date. This was after waiting 3 weeks with no updates and no one telling me this information even tho it says in stock on the website!?!?!Waiting for a refund. Probably wait another 3 weeks for that. Never ever dealt with such an incompetent company before. would definitely not recommend. And would rather people see me showering than buy a blind from this company. Computer says….. cough….no
