No communication, no delivery - steer clear. We ordered a custom cabinet back in September 2024 for $1800. After reading the reviews, we requested to pay 50% upfront and the rest upon delivery. We received tracking for the cabinet, but once we paid the final amount, communication ceased. I sent multiple emails and tried calling with no response. My partner managed to get through, but they just made excuses for not securing a delivery courier. It’s now January, and we still have no response or cabinet. I'm in the process of recovering my funds from the bank. I advise avoiding them as they seem to block calls from known customers with outstanding orders.
