This business is a FRAUD - avoid at all costs.

This business is a FRAUD - I repeat, do NOT send them any money. They will take your funds and vanish. Thankfully, I used a credit card and got my money back through my bank, but this shady business still profited from my bank!

No communication, no delivery.

No communication, no delivery - steer clear. We ordered a custom cabinet back in September 2024 for $1800. After reading the reviews, we requested to pay 50% upfront and the rest upon delivery. We received tracking for the cabinet, but once we paid the final amount, communication ceased. I sent multiple emails and tried calling with no response. My partner managed to get through, but they just made excuses for not securing a delivery courier. It’s now January, and we still have no response or cabinet. I'm in the process of recovering my funds from the bank. I advise avoiding them as they seem to block calls from known customers with outstanding orders.

The service is a fraud with extremely poor craftsmanship. Delivery takes ages, and customer support is rude and unresponsive. They are quick to take your money.

Crooks!

Crooks!! Six months later, no order. I was promised delivery in eight weeks before Christmas… customer service is nonexistent. They delete any negative feedback on social media. When they finally email, the updates do not match the online photos. The quality looks terrible in comparison. I’ve been told I need to pick it up despite having paid for shipping. Other customers reported their orders arrived damaged and did not receive refunds. What a complete scam. Their website images are taken from other businesses, as I've discovered through a quick search.

WARNING: SCAM ALERT!

We inquired about a piece of furniture and initially received great responsiveness and assistance. We proceeded with the purchase, requiring a deposit to their bank account, which we paid ($1,319.10). Three months later, the item has not been delivered, and the business ignores numerous calls and emails. Be cautious; based on other reviews, they are clearly scammers, and this seems to be their usual practice. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
