Extremely disappointing experience with Radisson Blu Jaipur booked via MakeMyTrip. Despite clear confirmation for an overnight stay (28–29 March), the hotel denied check-in claiming it was a “day stay” and asked for full payment again. Spent nearly 3 hours with support (Rishita, Bharenja Samal, and Sanchita), who were unhelpful, inconsistent, and completely clueless about their own booking details. No resolution, no refund, and zero coordination between hotel and platform. Highly misleading and unprofessional service. If you get connected to these agents, don’t expect any solution,they will only waste your time.
