I was unable to log in, and the password reset did not appear in a timely manner; by the time it did, it had expired. Their service responded "in their leisure" on a "medium" level of importance. After three times, I gave up and cancelled. I have already lost 2 days of my 14-day "special offer".
In addition, they do not inform you that if you pay from the USA, you will be charged an international transaction fee. I was willing to pay that on the initial payment, but not monthly or for every renewal. There was no option to change the payment method (since I have a CC with such fees). Customer service confirmed that they cannot change the payment method. So overall, it seems this is a very amateur startup. Of course, I was never refunded for the "special offer". Luckily, it was only $1.99.
